Founded in 2015 by Jay Singh, Propserve began as an independent letting agency in East London. In those early days, we quickly recognised a gap in the market: landlords often had to outsource essential tenancy services like inventories, cleaning, and maintenance. With a background in lettings and property management, we understood these needs first-hand and set out to deliver a smarter, more streamlined solution.

We shifted our focus entirely to tenancy services — starting with inventories — and set out to raise industry standards. Our founder reimagined the traditional approach, developing new ways to add value for landlords and property professionals while speeding up the entire process.

In fact, we pioneered the 24-hour report turnaround, delivering detailed, high-quality reports that landlords and agents could rely on. By taking on some of the responsibilities traditionally handled by property managers and landlords, we helped clients save time, reduce stress, and achieve faster turnaround between tenancies.

By 2017, we expanded into multi-booking services, combining check-outs, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and maintenance under one roof. From there, Propserve grew to offer professional property cleaning, pest control, and handyman services — giving clients one trusted partner for multiple tenancy needs.

In 2023, we rebranded to Propserve, a name that reflects our commitment to serving all aspects of property. And by 2025, we’re proud to have reduced our report turnaround to just 6 hours while continuing to evolve our services to act as a true extension of our clients’ operations.
